Fanatic service
Took my elderly father to have an eye test. He has bad mobility and staff were so helpful getting him in and out of chair. They were very patient with my dad and so kind and helpful. I was so impressed with the service my husband and I will be having our eyes tested there from now on.

I was in Malmesbury in a local newsagentâs today when my glasses fell apart. It was very frustrating as I was trying to choose a birthday card. I looked up the high street â saw a branch of Haine & Smith. I popped in & a very friendly & helpful gentleman replaced a screw that had fallen out - restoring them to good as new condition. It only took a few minutes whilst I waited & he didnât charge me a penny. How good is that?
