Other than the slow delivery over the holiday by UPS things are going well. I just have to be patient as Rome wasnât built in a day also applies to hair. I had the 9 laser comb till the battery started to fade. I switched and bought the laser band 82. I like it a lot better. With the comb you had to physically use it for 11 minutes but the band just slides on and hit the button and just wait for the noise and slide it back. I usually go over the scalp 4-5 times then wait 2 days and do it again. Takes very little time it seems. When done it feels like your scalp is breathing. The shampoo and conditioner seems to add more body to my hair.

I purchased a Laserband 82 with a bundle that included a bunch of products. When I opened the box, I noticed the bundle was short a couple of items, so I reached out to customer service. Andrea was extremely helpful and put an order in immediately for the shorted items. That is top notch customer service! This laserband was purchased as a gift.
