We really appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you had a good experience with the weft. We’re sorry to hear the nanos didn’t hold up as well — we’d love to look into this for you and find out why there’s been a difference in performance. Both the weft and the nanos are made from the same high-quality hair, so this shouldn’t usually happen.

Did you happen to use any different products, extra heat styling, or swimming while wearing the nanos? That information will really help us work out what might have caused the difference. Please get in touch with your order details so we can investigate and help understand why the same quality was different this time.

We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your purchase. Our shade 60A is our whitest blonde and is not a pure yellow shade . Many of our customers and professional stylists successfully tone this shade without any issues. As with all authentic human hair, split ends are natural, and this does not indicate poor quality.

At no point did we intend to insult you or question your expertise. Our policy is to assess any concerns first, which is why we requested the hair to be returned before offering a resolution. However, you chose not to send it back. While we strive to provide excellent customer service—something reflected in our high ratings—we regret that we couldn’t reach a resolution in this case.

We always appreciate feedback and are continuously working to improve our service.
