Quite literally the best in the business!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair and extensions done, I trust Norah 110% with my hair.
Having had issues in the past with poorly fitted extensions causing damage and bald patches in my hair, Norah has got my hair back in a healthy condition, with correctly fitted extensions and now no bald bits!! I am delighted with everything, Norah quite literally is the best in the business. The quality of her hair is outstanding.

I am lucky enough to have made a friend for life too ❤️

I have been using hair ny now since she had a chair in her bedroom doing it and have heard of the reviews and the cleat that she’s recruited asking people to come on and give her 5* she’s even asked my friend! I’m embarrased a growing woman wouldn’t address a problem with the previous clients and would rather ignore the problem and recruit a cleat I completely agree with the other comments about the hair shedding and the people on giving 5* definetly do not know anything about quality of hair they’re caring about the way it looks rather than the quality of the hair were as the quality of hair matters to me and others the hair snaps really easily the weave hair falls out to the extent my partner had mentioned for me to say something to Norah! There’s a lot of things that go on that I can address here that is unprofessional and shouldn’t be happening trading standards will be contacted at the way she left my friends hair. Take the chance if you want to be part of the circus but school girl drama isn’t for me and I’ll take the appropriate steps to make sure that gets sorted, would never be me begging for reviews trying to hide my damage I’d rather address it but you do you hun people on here giving reviews when Norah herself called them “nitty” and said she only cares about the money that’s why she touches their hair!

Highly recommend- as a long standing customer (10 plus years) I can’t recommend Hair NY enough.
I use the Hair NY Tape Extensions and I get them re-taped and re-fitted around 3/4 times before I choose to get new hair. Even then, the hair is still in great condition.
I have tried various shades over the years and love them all.
Norah is an absolute hair queen!

I have been using hairnyextensions for over 7 years now and I would absolutely not go anywhere else. I love my hair it’s my pride and joy and I have been having my hair extentions fitted by Norah and I can’t express how amazing she is and so professional. The quality of the hair is amazing. Been going to Hairnyextensions since January and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I have tape extensions and they are great no problem fitted perfect and no slipping. The hair is amazing no tangling or sheading. If you are thinking of purchasing hair then a would absolutely recommend.

What a amazing experience I have had coming to hairny went last august with badly damaged hair from another hair dresser and lost trust but came here and what a dream this has been for me firstly for giving me my confidence back and also for the hair of dreams to the point we decided that I would take one of the courses up, so very professional from the moment you walk in, finally finding a hair stylist that I can trust and that listens to me, can not recommend hair by enough for everything x

Amazing hairdresser! highly recommend. Been going to Norah for few years and my hair has always be so perfect and what ive asked for! such a lovely person and makes u feel so comfortable whilst getting ur treatment/ hair done! Hair quality is perfect for the price you get alot of use out of it lasts upto 1 year!! You will not be disappointed booking with Norah she can do anything you ask her to regarding hair! I’m more concerned that you highlighting fitting me in 3 times as a goodwill gesture free of charge as though that’s something to be proud of after me attending the first time that should have been enough to not need another appointment untill my weave was needing refitted or my roots were needing done (I know sometimes it doesn’t work like that) also I’ve been completley ignored after receiving my refund as though I’ve to be punished for not wanting to pay for products that’s shed 20 gram of hair in the space of 2/3 weeks whilst ignoring me posting posts on social media about “grateful clients” were as if I wasn’t grateful I would’ve posted how bald the weave was and also my tension alopecia from the way the rows were fitted this was addressed about the shedding hair the weave previously to which I got another with the same problems so I don’t get how you can say it’s been a faulty batch unless the faulty batch hasn’t been returned? Also why haven’t you replied to my pictures of the weave melted to my natural hair because real human hair isn’t going to be melting to my natural hair unless there’s plastics through the hair and it’s also sad that it’s taking for me to come on trust pilot for you to answer me shows that it’s all about show because why couldn’t this have not been fixed in private ? To then also get someone else to come on and write a review for the exact date as mines to try cover the fact the hair isn’t up to standard either instead of just addressing the problem ! If you remember correctly I actually came to the first appointment after my hair appointment hoping my hair would have been fixed then i shouldn’t have needed another one once my hair was finished and I had paid that should have been it not for me to travel to you 2/3 times after that for what should have been the first time yes I had to cancel the second one as I do have a life also and things do come up likewise I was understanding with you when you needed it but not once did I ignore you whilst posting doing other clients very unprofessional and it’s taking me to take to here for a reply when my messages on instagram which you have now removed your following to my account have been left ignored, I will contact trading standards with the messages and the photos and let them deal with it you don’t want to address the problem and ignore it then they can deal with it I’m not here for your show to try look professional to everyone else my messages are still in your inbox after I asked for a refund of the weave that lost 20 grams of hair you’ve completley went sour and started ignoring my messages my hair would be my world if I was putting my name to it I would’ve actually appreciated feedback wether good or bad and would’ve been looking for ways to improve my buisness not acting negatively towards it ignoring clients whilst posting other clients you’ve literally spoke the back of off !
And what about the fried bits of hair from you bleaching it will we get into that aswell on here ??

This is the worst hair I've ever used in my life!!!! If I could give 0 stars I woud. Placed an order for nanos worth £344 13th November 2023 received 17th and put in 18th the hair was like straw and poor quality emailed them 19th November with no response & it is now December!!! They are coming out out my head with no metal attached meaning they can't even be put back in or re used. Honestly never seen hair like it absolutely awful and to not receive any response from the company just shows they're professionalism!!! Re sent an email today but I'll not hold my breath!!!!! Have photos for proof. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I'm disappointed, I've been ordering hair for a long time. I always order it for the next day and I always have to around 5 days. So I'm paying extra money for nothing!Now I’m waiting again!!!

there are options on the website for delivery. which is a couple of working days,next day delivery and also weekend delivery. I have never been sent an item at the time I paid for it. I have always been sent delivery within a week.

I've ordered nano ring extensions from Hairnyextensions on 3 occasions now.
On my first occasion i was sent a fault batch of nano tips through no fault of Hairnyextensions. As soon as the issue was identified, i was sent a full replacement order for free as a gesture of goodwill and after wearing nano rings since the start of 2019 i have to say, these are the BEST hair extensions I've ever worn.
I recently went through a hair change and decided to go from 8 years of built up box dye black back to my natural brunette color. As a result i took out my extensions by Hairnyextensions and went to a salon in my city (Liverpool) for a new set and fitting. I was so disappointed in the quality of hair i was sold, the tips were cheap silicone that snapped easily, the hair shed and matted, it was awful and i paid £395 for the privilege!
It was a no brainer that I'd be replacing the horrific extensions with a new set from Hairnyextensions as soon as I was in a financial position to do so. They arrived last week (next day delivery) and i fitted them myself yesterday and i am absolutely in love with my hair again! The quality is absolutely incredible, hair is the softest I've ever felt and next to no shedding at all as i do not use heat on my hair and only wash using paraffin and sulphate free shampoo and conditioner! I got 100g of 100 pieces for £125 and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'll be buying again in a few years time when it's time to replace my current extensions!

Being going to Norah for my hair extensions and fittings for over 2 years now have always felt so welcomed the service is really great the hair is amazing washes up lovely and always lasts me around 9 months with my weave highly recommend would give more stars if I could ❤️

I can honestly say this hair is absolutely amazing. I have had my hair in for over a year now and still going strong. Norah is so friends and caring and listens to your needs. I have been going to Norah for 4 years now and will forever be with her.

If I could give zero I would, STAY AWAY from ordering from this website. 6/7 of the metal nano parts were stuck in my hair, the hair is disgusting and goes knotty within the hour. The company is now not complying and ignoring me, and trying to blame me that I had apparently put too much conditioner in my hair which caused the metal part to be stuck. Seriously? I’ve been wearing and a hair extension stylist for 5/6 years now and NEVER had this problem with any nano hair extension. This problem has been ongoing with this company since May and still refusing to refund me, they tried sending me out a new set which I didn’t ask for. I would just like my refund back, however they are now ignoring my emails. Which I will be taking this further. Very funny how there is only 1 good review from July of this year, and my complaint starting from the end of June. Makes me think the review below was done by a staff member incase I was going to do a bad review months ago. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED, please take your businesses and money else where.

PS… THEY HAVEN’T BEEN REPLYING TO MY EMAILS FOR THE LAST WEEK!!!!!! THEY HAVE MY ORDER NUMBER ETC. JOKE OF A COMPANY AND HAVE CONTACTED TRADING STANDARDS. They have advised I have a good case to fight.
