My key was stuck in front door on a Sunday morning. Shane arrived within an hour, removed key, added graphite to aid movement in lock and we agreed to see how it felt for a few days. Next day key stuck again and Shane was back in 30mins to replace the lock. Fair price. Great advice. Would thoroughly recommend.

Shane came round in under an hour. He explained what he was going to do, what the options and costs might be beforehand.
Checked all the parts and problem was with door handle which he replaced.
Would thoroughly recommend him.

And also worth noting, he is MLA certified which a lot of other companies aren't, and unfortunately there are a lot of companies that wil rip you off.

What great service from Shane, he did an amazing job sorting out my door which has been giving me trouble for a while. We just moved in yo our new home and had our locks changed by Shane. It was changed in minutes great service and such a quick response from him very reasonable priced aswell so happy we now have a lock that works and I'm now able to lock my door. Diane

After braking the front door lock at 11pm, luckily it was locked shut, I needed a locksmith to come over as soon as possible the next day.

I did some research into local locksmiths and Haleslocks came highly recommended, so messaged that night.

Shane came over first thing the next day to fix the broken lock and on closer inspection it was a broken gearbox (me then thinking this is a door not a car!).

He was very professional, took it apart in front of me and explained it all (no jargon) and what needed to be done.

His quote was the final cost including VAT and there were absolutely no hidden costs, extras or call out charges. Very good price and even better his work is all guaranteed.

Will definitely use again if ever I have any issues with other doors and would highly recommended.
