To clarify, we shipped a replacement pair to you on the 11th of march, and our records show that it was successfully delivered on the 18th. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received a response regarding the return of the faulty pair, even after providing a prepaid return label.

This situation highlights why we generally request proof of return before dispatching a replacement—to ensure that the process remains fair and efficient for all customers. While we made an exception in this case to accommodate your request, we regret that the return has not been completed as agreed.

Unfortunately, delays and losses can occur during peak times, and while this was beyond our control, we acted promptly to resolve the issue by issuing you a full refund as soon as we were informed the package was lost.

To clarify, shipping is free on all UK orders, so there was no additional cost to you for courier services. Your refund included the full amount you paid for the order. We regret that this experience left you disappointed, but we do feel this review may not accurately reflect the efforts we made to resolve the matter as quickly as possible under the circumstances.

• You sent us three messages on Saturday afternoon, starting at 14:23. Our customer service team typically works Monday to Friday and responds to all inquiries within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we were unable to respond on the same day due to our operating hours. We kindly ask for patience as we address inquiries in the order they are received.
• Regarding the hallmark, the earrings are indeed 9ct gold and bear the correct “375” hallmark. This hallmark is located on the thinner section of the earrings, which may make it harder to see. We recommend examining it closely, perhaps with a magnifying glass, to confirm.
• For your convenience, we have a dedicated returns process accessible via the “Returns” link at the bottom of our website’s homepage. This allows you to initiate a return quickly and easily.
