I had a problem with the courier, but thankfully Steve in the customer care section sorted it all out. They got onto my problem as soon as possible, had fantastic communication with the customer service team, and they sorted it out for me. Very pleased

My order for next day delivery never…arrived
My order for next day delivery never arrived. Ordered on 30th July, should have arrived at destination on 31st.
When I contacted customer service a few days later, was told there was a problem and the parcel was held up. In side the hamper was perishable cheese.
The customer service contacted my son ( his birthday present) and things were sorted out.
Am very disappointed with the outcome of my first order with you.

Ordered a cheese hamper for named day…
Ordered a cheese hamper for named day delivery. Unfortunately, hamper never arrived, obviously this was disappointing but I have to acknowledge that the subsequent customer service was faultless.
Once I'd contacted them, the original hamper was recalled and I was offered a refund or a to try again. I opted for redelivery ( to a different address) which was actioned and carried through. Original delivery charge was refunded too. Hamper was amazing 👏
