Two weeks and still no delivery.
Placed order on the 19/12/24 for a hamper to be delivered / dispatched on the 20/12/24. Paid extra for express delivery service. Hampers Galore were paid on the same day when order was submitted. ***Still no delivery*** I have emailed the company twice*** Received generic responses. Advised, I will be informed and updated? It is over two weeks. Still no Christmas Hamper! Reporting company to Consumer Affairs. Not impressed!

Hamper for Christmas
I ordered a Hamper for Christmas for my Mother in Australia. I can't personally vouch for the items inside but my mother was delighted. Arrived well in time for the big day.

I've mostly had an amazing experience with Hampers Galore. The hampers are beautiful and the many I've had delivered around Melbourne and surrounding areas have been excellent. I've had one hamper delivered interstate and although the hamper was beautiful the delivery service WAS NOT.
Very disappointing.

This should have been an easy fix
am deeply disappointed with my experience with Hampers Galore. I ordered a Christmas gift for a dear friend, and to date, the hamper has still not been delivered. What should have been a simple process of rectifying a wrong delivery address has turned into a frustrating ordeal.
Despite leaving three voicemail messages and sending several emails, I have received very little feedback from the company. The lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Adding to the frustration, the parcel was initially refused at delivery due to the incorrect address, but no redirection has been arranged, even though I have repeatedly requested it.
To make matters worse, I cannot arrange a redirection myself with StarTrack due to restrictions placed on the parcel. This restriction should have been communicated clearly upfront, and I expect the sender (Hampers Galore) to address the issue promptly—something that has not happened.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially during the festive season when timely and thoughtful gifting is important. The lack of communication and resolution from Hampers Galore is disappointing and has left me questioning whether I can trust them in the future.
I hope this review prompts action and improvement in customer service. Please ensure my issue is resolved immediately.

Do not use this service.
Do not use this service. I paid for same day delivery and 3 weeks later no sign or update on the delivery. I had to follow up for a 3rd time to see where my hampers had gone. No delivery was made same day and I when I requested a refund for the same day fee it this was denied. When I requested a full refund for the whole order including freight I was again told no refund for delivery. Will not be recommending or using this service in the future.

Hamper was what I ordered, delivery hiccups though!!
Hamper was great thank you, my bestie loved it
Only problem was it was left in the heat, and there was a shaded area it could have been left, so chocs etc were rather melted, as they were not home till just after midday, and was in high 30's
I think couriers should be rather more careful of where they leave hampers etc

all items not delivered
One of the items it still has not been delivered, when I made the order I request for items to be delivered at the same time and by 20 Dec 2024, it's now 1st Jan 2024 and one item still has not been delivered.

Failure to deliver complete orders.
Tracking of the order was impossible. When delivery was made the order was incomplete. Some contents not as advertised. All communication seems to be through an AI system, emails included. Still awaiting resolution to the above issues. Disappointing.
