Received my cheetah in about 5 days shipping was fast and the assembly was easy on my first ride I rode a total of 20 miles without a problem and the power was great and the seat was very comfortable I'm glad I took a chance on the Haoqiebike co. And I would recommend the company to anyone that would want a great bike for the price loving my cheetah thanks again

Good communication. A little problem with items in stock that was resolved. If you have any problems, talk to Tricia and it will be sorted out.

Customer service needs to be improved. Since e-mails are the only way of contact it can take a long time to get a response if at all. Product is good just wish the company would make replacement parts. Have a Leopard Bike that needs controller and part no longer made. Bike has less then 80 miles on it. Yet still I bought another hoping for better luck. A contact phone number would be more reassuring,

Battery dead in less than one year. No response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND

Hoaqi Eagle seat post broke off while riding on a bike path. This led to a warranty claim as the bike was less than 2 years old. Response was ..Sorry we no longer deliver to Canada so no warranty..we hope you understand.
I don’t understand that this company can not honour a warranty. This is against the law in Canada as it is a breach of warranty. I have asked for a refund as they no longer ship to Canada. I’ll see what their response will be.

Customer services was exceptional. The wrong ebike was shipped and HAOQIE contacted us to inform us ahead of time. We were able to refuse the delivery and return it to the company. They immediately shipped the proper bike along with free gifts to compensate for the inconvenience.
The Antelope is every thing I hoped for. It was easy to assemble and operation instructions were clear. It's a great bike. The only problem I have with the bike is the handlebar loosens and doesn't stay tight. I have to keep the allen wrench with me.

We bought a HAOQI Camel Electric Cargo Bike & it took 2 weeks for delivery and when we got the bike it had a rear flat tire. I emailed HAOQI then the lady took care of it for me. We have the bike for about a month now & put on about 100 miles. it seems to be a good solid ebike, I enjoy riding it with my little dog Buddy in the back basket mounted on the rear rack.

I had to wait 3 months for delivery of my Mustang but since getting it I’ve really enjoyed it. It didn’t take long to assemble it, about a half hour. It ran fine right out of the box. It took a few rides to dial in the suspension so it rides pretty smooth in the dirt and has plenty of power for intermediate trails. The bike looks great and I haven’t had any mechanical problems with it. I’ve had it about a month and have about 100+ miles on it so far. The only issue I see so far is with the charger getting pretty warm when it’s charging but the battery temperature is ok. Overall, I love the bike. I get lots of people commenting about its looks and I love the ride. No more problem going up hills or against the wind anymore. I love the twist throttle for rocky or technical sections and when I want a break from pedaling. Now I’d like to see some local bike shops to cover service needs for the Mustang and your other models. Good job Haoqi. Great bike for the price.

I was definitely not happy with customer service after the first 40 days… numerous emails from me, and nothing from Haoquiebikes! Then they responded with another 30 day wait period. I understand when customer demand is greater than manufacturing production… just let us know! When you have a great bike with reasonable prices you can’t keep up with production, just let people know!
I waited 100 days and got a great bike at a great price! I only have a little over 200 miles…I love it! I live on 4+ miles of bumpy dirt roads and it handles fabulous, even in the washboarded areas.
I wish Haoqiebikes had a few local dealer in my area…I need mirrors, seat and a bag cover!

I decided to write my review after my 1st 100 miles....the bike is awesome cant get enough of it. I waited 2 months which was well worth the wait the folks at haoqi kept me well informed on any movement while being shipped. I’m contemplating on buying my wife a haoqi mustang and my brother might be interested to. So future customers HAOQI.. GREAT BIKE!

Wish I knew what the warnty was before I bought the antelope pro .
Only 6 month on key electrical parts .guess that means motor and battery.bummer .now I can hope and pray. Just got the bike and the speeds keep changing in cadence assist.

This is my second Hauquie and I have been very happy with them. No problems. A strong, sturdy bike. Good value all around.

After waiting 3.5 months for the bike, the bike has vindicated itself with the first 200 miles. First off please consider a dealer network where easy access to parts and service is available. Always need parts #1.
Bike performs great with a few caveats. Needs higher gearing, even in 9th with p4 you are almost ghost peddling to do 18mph on a flat pavement. There is a stutter in power when hitting expasion joints or small bumps. Even when on throttle alone the power will stutter as you hit small bumps, odd.
Is it possible to integrate a small flashing real light, that is integral to the main power source.
I live in a rural area of some steep hills. The Bafang motor and Shimano shift could be a little smoother but, some of it may be me, working on that.
Overall I recommend this Haoqi Mustang it meets all my expectations at a price that meets my budget.

I was searching for an e-bike that was very well made but not costs a fortune. I found Haoqi to fit the bill. These bikes are top quality and the ride is fantastic! I bought my wife the folding squirrel and I have the black leopard. There are many e-bike companies out there but if you want one that will last give Haoqi a look. You won’t be disappointed!!

This place keeps your credit card information charges it and won't respond to any kind of customer service response.Whatsoever, no emails, no phone calls.It just goes to blank support.
So many good e bikes, dont buy from these guys.

I waited 4 months for that bike and was told it will be delivered end of next month, again and again. So no stars here!

I am very happy with my new Mustang. Right out of the box, I rode it on a 30 mile round trip. Just as I had hoped, it smoothed out the road. A pleasure. I have several trips in mind. I’m looking forward to them. A side note: the customer service was personal and very helpful.

Ordered replacement parts for Mustang and it has been over 2 months with no update. Every time I ask for an update they give a shorter reply. Last one asking if the parts were going to ship soon just got a "NO" in reply. Pretty sure this company is a scam who sends poor quality bikes and forces you to buy replacement parts but never sends them.
tldr/ DO NOT BUY!

Haoqi was easy to work with and very responsive to emails, they delivered exactly when they said they would. The Mustang is beautiful, shipping was done correctly and the bike came in perfect condition. Thankyou! job well done!
