Part ordered didn’t fix my problem and can not return. Also have been dealing with support for over two weeks without a resolution. Worst tech support ever. Definitely been dealing with some one overseas, don’t receive emails til 2-3 am when they do respond.

Exactly what I needed
My bike is a re-labeled the Vtuvia , fat tire folding bike. We labeled by somebody here in America. My first battery that came with my bike died from non use, when I went looking for a new battery ,comparable ones were hard to match and the relabel I wanted $150 more than vituvia. It arrived on time and at the price point I was looking for. The service was exceptional! I love my bike

My biggest complaint is the throttle
My biggest complaint is the throttle. If it was a button or a lever that would be better. Several times I have stopped and my hand lightly turned the throttle and the bike lunges forward...one time causing the front tire to completely come off the ground and I fell as a result.

Safety is our top priority, and we take your experience very seriously. Based on valuable customer feedback, all of our e-bike models currently sold online feature thumb throttles, which significantly reduces the risk of accidental activation while stopped.
As a quick safety tip for your current ride, we strongly recommend switching the PAS (Pedal Assist) level to 0 or powering off the bike whenever you come to a full stop. This deactivates the throttle completely. Holding down the brake levers while stopped also engages the motor cut-off switch as an extra safeguard.

Battery and Charger replacement
I had a basement flood and had damage to my battery and charger and needed replacement. Staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout the process both by phone and email contact

I love the bike
I love the bike. The direction for assembling are lacking and add accessories is also lacking. I would 100% buy this e-bike again!
