Closed my account without any explanation. After emailing back a forth for a month they didn’t even consider what i said and just stuck to the words of someone else. Bar Manager are rude and don’t respect the staff. Got called racial slurs but mangers.

They are prompt in responding to emails, always available to take your calls and provide answers to your questions.

Whilst on my shifts I received news that my child's father had passed away and your colleagues Rachel Schofield from your support team made sure I was ok and the company sent their condolences. Also the staff Team at Stirling summer Sessions gigs Ross Steve Mike and the rest of the team were very professional and supportive. Couldn't fault them .

Feedback on every message was important to me. It shows the willingness to provide an assistance on the threads of query.

It was pleasant, and simple, I think that the digital way makes the process much faster and I liked it, you also have all the open communication channels to resolve doubts quickly, efficiently and effectively.
