Thank you for the detailed feedback — it’s actually very helpful.

Each of our models is designed with a slightly different focus. The Square prioritises app functionality, the Round Foreman is built around battery performance and durability, and the Big Rig is designed to be straightforward and work-focused.

That said, we absolutely value feedback like yours around app balance and functionality. It’s something we continue to review as we improve future updates and models.

I’ve actually just emailed you personally so I can sort this out directly with you. Our goal is never to leave anyone unhappy, and I want to make sure you get taken care of properly.

A couple of quick clarifications too:

Our newest models do include Built-in Dual-Band GPS, so there’s no need to take your phone on runs or hikes.

There are cheap imitators using our designs and marketing on Amazon/AliExpress — we understand the confusion and we’re working to combat it.
