Hi Shane,

If the watch stopped functioning after two hours and has been buzzing continuously, that’s obviously not acceptable.

I also understand how frustrating it is when you feel like you haven’t received a timely response — during peak periods we can get backed up, but that’s not an excuse for you feeling ignored.

Please email our team and put “FAO Johnny – Shane Review” in the subject line so it comes directly to me. Include your order number and I’ll personally review what’s happened and make sure it’s handled properly.

Really appreciate you taking the time to leave the review, mate — and genuinely sorry it didn’t work out the way either of us wanted.

Unfortunately your parcel was confirmed lost in transit, which is a bloody frustrating situation all round. As soon as that was clear, we offered to resend a replacement straight away, but completely understood when you chose a refund instead.

We’re gutted you never got to try the watch properly, especially after wanting one for ages. If you ever decide to give us another crack down the track, reach out and ask for me directly — happy to look after you.

I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been, especially with it being a Christmas present — that’s the last thing we want.

If your leather band was missing from the parcel, that’s absolutely something we need to fix properly. We don’t intentionally leave paid items out of orders, and I’d like to personally review what happened with your shipment and make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.

We are an Australian-owned company, and while we do use multiple fulfilment centres depending on stock availability, we take full responsibility for every order.

Really sorry to hear about this — that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have, especially after we’d already replaced the first one for you.

If the replacement has stopped charging after only a few weeks and hasn’t been anywhere near water, that’s not on, and we absolutely want to sort it out properly for you.

Thanks for the feedback, mate. Sorry to hear the watch wasn’t what you were expecting.

Just want to clear a couple things up — we’re an Aussie/English company, not a Chinese company mate. Our watches connect through a third-party app so all the features work properly. It’s standard across the industry, but I get how it might be annoying if you weren’t expecting it.

If you chuck it in the drawer, we’d love the chance to actually sort things out for you instead. More than happy to help you get it up and running or look at another option that suits you better.
