Ordered a new band after the original


Ordered a new band after the original fell apart after about 6 months, new band arrived quickly and without any problems. It looks way better then original and was easy to fit.

Big Rig

Had a problem with the touchscreen of my big rig and was sent a replace asap. Lovely to deal with and easy to have the conversation. My big rig works perfectly and am really happy with the product

big rig

I got the big rig. Easy to navigate. Feels really comfortable. The lock function comes in handy being a fitter and bumping it while working. Highly recommend it. Cheers Johnny. Great product and service

A Load of Crap


I had a foreman bought for me for my birthday watch arrived thought this is great .It lasted maybe 2 3 weeks at most back and forth with emails they said try this try that all to no good .Then they sent me another piece of crap that took several weeks to arrive it lasted about the same time more emails same old story against our policy to refund you only get 90 days apparently. so next i agree muggins here to pay extra and get the better watch the BIG RIG well big pile of crap is what it is that lasted about a week ,so guess what more emails take pic take video of what it is doing .Now they want to send me another pile of crap or offer a partial refund .Not good enough I'm going to consumer protection regarding this mob

Bought a Hard Hat watch

Bought a Hard Hat watch. It stopped working within a week. Customer service got back to me asking me to charge it,press hold the on/off button for 15 seconds tried everything and nothing happened.
Hard hat keep saying it needs re booting. The thing doesn’t have a screen.
No mention of sending it back or the so called 90 day return.

The people involved in this business are incredibly helpful and seem like great people. My package ended up getting lost in the mail and Johnny fixed it right up for me and got my watch sent to me very quickly. Amazing people, amazing watch. :))

Worked great for 7-8 months

Worked great for 7-8 months, just out of its 6 month warranty it failed and stopped telling the time!
Hard hat Australia would not honour the warranty.
So much for indestructible!

Didn’t last 8 months

Didn’t last 8 months make sure you get the extended warranty cause it isn’t covered after 6months didn’t even get treat roughly definitely not as tough as they claim wouldn’t buy again

Hardhat Watches Real Review

You get what you pay for and these watches are crap. Bought a Sports Model, went swimming for 5 mins and it stopped working - 5 emails and over two weeks and still have not seen a replacement. Appalling quality and customer service.

I bought a watch from these guys a little while ago. Delivery was fast and the watch was solid.

I see a lot of reviews saying there are cheaper ones online but I wouldn't risk buying from a chinese website. I noticed my watch has the hard hat logo on it but the other ones are unbranded so they could be fakes. you can buy a fake rolex online as well lol

all in all its held up good, survives my work battering and dont have to charge it often. im happy

Piece of crap
While winding the window up in landcruiser my wrist bumped the rubber/plastic door handle the plastic where the band attaches to the watch completely snapped making it unwearable and the Aholes don’t even respond
