Card payment issue
Payment by card has stalled on card information review once I confirmed it. It never went through, but PayPal payment was successful. Technical support helped me check that there was no double order/payment although with a few days delay. Package received in time with detailed tracking once it has started being shipped. Product received in great condition and overall satisfaction was great mainly due to the technical support help.

Vše v pořádku. Objednala jsem kožené boty, které v ČR stojí 3.500, zde jen 2.000. Boty jsou pohodlné, lehké, moc hezká bílá kůže. Zásilka přišla za týden, přesně podle informace při objednání. Pozor pouze při placení kartou, ukazuje to eror, ale platba proběhla.

Logistical problems
I gave you my address but the parcel has not arrived yet. Surprisingly, DPD could not find me. It has been in a DPD depot for a week. Big chaos.
