I’m truly sorry for the delivery issue you experienced. 🌲 The delivery address we had on file was normally the one you selected during your order. Unfortunately, the handover with Chronopost in the Czech Republic did not go as expected, and I regret that you had to travel 40 km to collect your parcel. 
I’ve already escalated this point internally so we can improve our process with carriers and avoid such situations in the future. Thank you for sharing your feedback — it helps us get better.
