Rachel was a great help when buying our first house - answered each and every question we had carefully, with detail and explanation, and was available for any phone calls or queries. She was quick, efficient and on top of everything, and ensured we had everything we needed - all up to scratch.

She was definitely 'on our side', and was always chasing other parties for required info. Fully recommend and she's already helped friends and family members I've recommended too.

I’m writing to thank you for the immense support that you’ve been over the past 12 months & more as we had to come to terms with my uncle George’s deterioration in both his physical & mental health & his capacity to understand.
From the setting up of his Power of Attorney through to the time that you took to reassure us & explain that some of the experiences that we were having with him were nothing unusual from your experience.
Then, following his death, you advised on the registration of his death, dealing with the funeral directors & ensured that the application for Probate was smooth & completed quickly.
All of this has meant that the sad process of watching a family member deteriorate has been easier to cope with as we’ve not had to worry about the “technical” things in the background; you’ve just dealt with them.
