To clarify for transparency, we reached an agreement together to resolve your request by providing a refund without requiring you to return the dress, so you would not need to go through the return process at all. The refund was processed accordingly, and you were welcome to keep or donate the item as you preferred.

We would also like to clarify that we do maintain a return warehouse in the United States for customers who choose to proceed with a return. In your case, the alternative resolution was offered simply as a faster and more convenient option.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We completely understand how unexpected it must have been to receive the shoes again after your return had already been processed and refunded.

As agreed, your order was fully refunded to your credit card in November 2025. The later delivery of the returned shoes was not initiated by our team. In some cases, international return shipments may be redirected or returned by the courier handling the parcel, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Please rest assured that no further charges can be made from our side, as the order has already been fully refunded through our secure system.

Since the items have been returned to you by the shipping provider, you are welcome to keep them or donate them if you prefer.
