Long delay in item delivery
I ordered one item on 31st Jan. Called on 12th Feb and told there had been a mistake with the order and it would be ready by 19th Feb. Got email on 14th Feb to say it was ready for collection. When i showed up was told it would not be ready til end of week. Disappointed as i ordered it as a gift and didnt have it on time for them.

Worst ever delivery experience ever…
Worst ever delivery experience ever had. Very rude and no patience at all. The store experiences are good. Sales assistant are helpful in helping customers.

I had a very positive experience
I had a very positive experience purchasing my mobile phones from Harvey Norman online and using their free Click & Collect service. The website was easy to use, with clear pricing and product details. My order was ready for collection quickly, and pickup at the store was straightforward and efficient. I’d happily use their online store and collection service again. I would be very happy to recommend them to others.

Bought on line. ready for collection next day. When i got there it was on display for €60 cheaper. HN refunded me the €60 which. Staff were all very helpful and nice.

I had paid €99 to have the A team sent…
I had paid €99 to have the A team sent out to take off the doors as the B team said they could not get the fridge through my garden gate.
The A team turned up on time and said there's no need to take off the doors. It'll fit through no problem if we lift it up a bit.
So the A team turned out to be the A+++ team. The B team, well let's not go there.
Three cheers for the A+++ team. Great lads.

Great service is your strongest asset. I purchased a lovely couch, chair and ottoman and Joel was so helpful friendly and professional....AND Patient! Joel kept me informed every step of the way.
I always cone back to Harvey Norman in Rathfarnham because I am never disappointed. My most recent purchase of a couch, chair and ottoman was a great experience. Joel in the furniture department couldn't have been more helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way.
