Delivered promptly, as advertised. Decent product. Would recommend.

You delivered what I ordered. It’s too soon to tell the quallity of it. Delivery was not clear and slow. DHL was not up to date with the ordernummer, I vouldn’t find it in the app. At start I wonderded if I would get the pakkage or ik I just lost monney. Lets see what it is in the near future.

Ordered shaving kit with engraving. Emails received to say it had been dispatched with yodel but the tracking number was not recognised. I contacted Yodel who did not recognise the parcel number. Then tried to email/contact HaryAli and received no response. There are various phone numbers on the internet for this company but none of them work. I have registered with my credit card company and trading standards

You send wrong items! Up to today noone answer for my complain.

tel. stimmen nicht und auf Mails bekommt man keine Antwort.

Their products are cheap white-labeled imports falsely marketed as in-house made. Quality is poor, customer service is rude and unprofessional, and overcharging is common. Totally misleading brand with no integrity, so save your money and look elsewhere.

Bought a razor set for my husband as a gift, within a matter of weeks the wood has split on the shaving brush handle and the holder has rusted - poor quality for what is a fairly expensive item. I have sent several emails to contact them and ask for a refund / replacement but have had absolutely no response.

They stated royal mail delivery but changed to Evri even though I explained that they are diabolical in this area - expect us to drive a 12 mile round trip to nearest parcel pick-up. Had no response to emails informing them not to send order - Evri stated it was still with them. Too many sellers are stating royal mail delivery and charge for that and then change to Evri. On principle I will not accept delivery - will be a miracle if delivered here and definitely not drive miles to pick it up.

Good service

No phone lines actually connect or are 'unavailable' no response to emails, no delivery, possibly scam. Please don't trust them.

It was easy to find an item I was looking for and order it. Initial comms with order confirmation email was good but after receiving an email to confirm my purchase was despatched, there was quite a time with nothing and with the item sitting in a depot for ages. It may be a good item to check with the delivery company. Apart from that, it looks as advertised online, sturdy and strong. It was well packaged. Thank you.

Received the package that should have contained my razor nothing was inside i contacted the company via its website (NO TELEPHONE) sent 2 emails and as yet received no contact from them.Am now in the process
reclaiming my money back from my bank
