Even though I did not need or desire some of the options or items that were presented. The operators made sure to make me aware that they are here for the lifetime of being the home owner. Very nice people and im sure they really enjoy their jobs.

I have never had this service before so it seemed like a good service. I had some trouble understanding the associate, but that's because my hearing isn't great and he had an accent. I think that the electric service was established, but need that verified. When it came to gas and water, we hit a snag because he wanted me to give him my social security number over a recorded line, and I declined to do this for my own identity protection. I was told that applications for gas and water would be sent, but I received no further communication or followup.

You all made this very easy! I’ve moved a lot and this was a great service to make my life way easier in a new area.

So far good communications have not decided yet who I am choosing

The man I spoke to answered all my questions and was very informative in the process! Top tier customer service!

I like that they were going to help me set up my utilities and such, but once I needed to cancel the utility install they were nowhere to be found. I emailed them twice and no response. They are very nice and helpful upfront and they say that they will assist you throughout the whole moving process, but it’s just to get you to sign up for things and then once they’ve done that- they are gone. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you just use them for the information and say that you’ll think about it and then at least you’ll have all of the information for the utilities in your area without having to sign up.

Both William and Jeremy were such a huge help. No question unanswered! I felt so taken care of in thier hands!

The representative I spoke with was amazing very insightful, very friendly and very charismatic. Amazing interaction taught me a lot about the transfer of services and how Internet was a utility. I would use Haven every day of the week.

Quick easy help for getting utilities scheduled to turn on as well as help finding the best/cheapest option. Nice staff. I didn’t need all the services but if I did I would use Haven again.

Call occurred when scheduled. William helped with setting up utilities, and making sure necessary applications were emailed to me.

Jessica was professional and friendly, however I have been unable to log onto the HAven site due to security warnings and errors. I cleared my computers cashe as recomkmended.
