I got in touch with Hayes Parsons due to a personal recommendation from a friend, and it proved to be a great introduction. 

The personalised service that I have received, specifically from Richard Moxon (and people he has connected me with), has been fantastic. 

I have now dealt with them on multiple policies, and they have been able to manage every type of request that I’ve come to them with.

I have done new policies (for both personal and business), policy renewals, and also had to deal with a large claim for a leak at my house, which would have been an entirely different experience if I hadn’t been working with Richard/Hayes Parsons.

They’ve been able to offer me a bespoke service at very fair pricing, making the ‘value’ extremely good.

So, a strong recommendation in my book.
