Reliable and efficient service
I approached Hayes Parsons with what was a tricky problem which needed their prompt and efficient help.
Within 2 hours I was given some good options and could then make decisions and carry on with my car purchase.
I am confident that this is their approach all the time

What can we say apart from Excellent service.
We would highly recommend Dan, Michelle and the Hayes team. Every request that we have sent their way has been achieved without problem.
We have gone from multiple policies , brokers and confusion to clear precise information, Informative documentation and most of all, excellent coverage and customer service.
We couldn’t be more happier. A huge thanks to the Hayes team for all your help.

Very proactive broker - Dan is very knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to deal with and happy that he gets us the best deal - certainly no need to go elsewhere at renewal time
