I have been with this Broker for more than 23 years. I insure a block of 12 flats in Bristol with them using AXA as the insurer. I have never had a claim until the summer of 2023. I would have hoped for better communication, quicker response time and for them to fight my corner and manage the claim on my behalf. The truth is they have done virtually nothing and I am getting fed up chasing them. The claim still has not been settled and no word from Hayes Parsons. Bitterly Disappointed.

Contacted this broker to arrange new home insurance that covered a high value jewellery item. Tara was amazingly responsive and we had the new policy in place same day!
Could not rate them enough. Great service, super helpful and speedy.

Dan Hart of HP is upfront, courteous, professional, timely in his responses (which are confirmed in writing) and most importantly, saved me over £1,000 on my multi-car insurance policy which he placed with ERS. I would recommend Dan/HP without hesitation.

Cannot renew policy by phone as they don't answer or say they cannot take payment over the phone - when you try online you have to create a new policy and cannot renew existing policy.

Adam took the time to understand my business, its current activities and our plans for the future. He used this information to make me aware of the value of various insurance products beyond the Professional Indemnity Insurance I had originally sought and helped me understand the value to my business of each without ever pushing me to procure anything. He responded quickly to all my queries and ensured I had a full understanding of each insurance product. I highly recommend Adam's services, particularly to rapidly growing businesses.
