3 pairs of shoes advertised as woven, turned out to have a stamped woven design on them. They were very cheaply made and I would never wear the shoes.
I followed the directions for filing for the return, initial response was to send photos, I did that. Then received response that they are currently in a clearance sale period, so options are limited. They offered the following in line with their policy which was never described when I ordered the shoes:
Option 1 – Free Replacement
Keep the current pair. They would send replacement in my preferred size or an alternative style, free of charge (subject to availability).
No return will be required.
Option 2 – Partial Refund (20%)
Keep the shoes.
A 20% refund to the original payment method.
I chose option 2, warned that I would be providing a review and will donate the shoes. I will never order anything from them and will tell all my friends to avoid ordering from the company.

The shoe looked great on the Insta ad. But i was grossed out when they arrived, they smelled of pure plastic. Super cheaply made. Clearly from China and I don't believe they have a NYC store front, it all feels fake. Giving the shoes to Salvation Army as it's not worth the carbon footprint to return them.

trash quality. it's a bait and switch- they show one product online and then send you garbage. You have to fight for a refund- they are actually China not NYC. Such bullshit customer service- it's a scam

This company is a scam. I wear only orthopedic shoes and was so happy to find ones that looked cute. I ordered 4 pairs. After 3 weeks of the company sending me some tracking info that never worked, the package arrived. It had only 3 pairs in there and they were terrible! Definitely not orthopedic, made of plastic, super uncomfortable. So I contacted them and asked to return the shoes. I had to pay $66 for international shipping back to… China. I was told that when they receive and inspect the shoes they will refund me. Will see. So far they are refusing to return the money for the missing pair that they never shipped to me. I hope this will help other people to not get scammed like me.

Terrible customer service. No ability to return merchandise or get a refund! Horrible experience and the product was of poor quality. Do not order from this site!

I ordered really cute ankle boots from Hazel June New York when I received them they look nothing like the picture I ordered Brown. They were the color cinnamon. They were not suede. The hill was totally different online. They look like there would these were black souls and heel. In order to return them, they asked me to send them back to China. Do not buy from this company. It’s not reliable.

Received my order. I liked the shoes but they definitely run small and quality is ok. Not great. Requested to exchange them for a larger size. Well you have to take pictures and show them where the issue is. Then take more pictures of the soles, then take more pictures to show the tops!! Then they have to review to decide what they will do. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! It's such a hassle. Plenty of other places to buy your shoes from. This place should not be in business

This store is a complete scam. Beaware!

I ordered shoes and the chemical smell almost sent me to the hospital. The vapors coming from the shoes were overwhelming. In addition, they were way too small. I've requested multiple times to return them and they have not been helpful in that area! It took forever to recieve the shoes as well
Terrible company to work with! Stay away.

Storefront misrepresented as being in New York. Shoes have a rubber sole while the pictured shoes have a wooden sole.

“Suede” boots are fabric and plastic shipped directly from china to California, where someone tried to cover the Chinese label,
But it was so thin, you can see through it.
Very disappointed, I loved the look of these boots in the photo, but they look nothing like the photo. Nothing about them is real.
They report thousands of positive reviews, but do not offer anywhere that you can make a review on their website.
They are absolute garbage.
