Website easy to find items. Payment was was also nice and easy. Product came with instructions (thank you). I was able to do it in just a few minutes. Ladder is exactly as shown. If I had 1 suggestion, the ladder could be wider. Maybe that should be in you new line??

The safety was as described in the advertisement and easy to put together. The most important thing was it was tall enough to reach the task I needed to complete. Good product.

Product described accurately and just what my husband wanted.

I love the railings. The 5 steps were just the right size. My only problem is the steps themselves did not have metal bars to stiff them. The steps were weak because of that. The plastic with no metals did not support me as safe as I would like.

This is a great ladder, great for cleaning inside and outside the house. Love the fact it has handle bars for easy climbing. However, the only thing regarding this ladder, was that the metal poles or handles were marked up, not the greatest paint job.

My HB Tower arrived today. On time. Very easy to assemble.
It replaces my heavy Lil' Giant
Ladder I have used for the last twenty years or so.
Sort of downsized; less weight to maneuver in wee hours when a smoke alarm battery is blaring on my nine feet ceilings.

The company kept me informed re: the progress of my purchase. Delivery was quite timely, although the carton was falling apart when it arrived. The ladder was easy to assemble and it’s strong and sturdy…quite heavy though! All in all, I’m pleased,

For the price this ladder is probably one of the best values on the market.

great product easy to put to gather great for seniors.

This is the second one I’ve ordered. My husband feels safe with me on it.

It had good reviews so I purchased it with handles thinking it would be secure. Tried to put it together they gave Allen wrenches that were for a child, certainly not an adult. Tried to contact the company to see what else I could use to put it together no response in chat no answer on the phone. This safe ladder is wobbly.

I love the safety features of this ladder. I purchased it for messing with my hanging baskets in the summer, but I’m sure I will find many more uses. Thank you!

Service was fast. The ladder is just what we needed in our senior years when climbing ladders is not advised. The wide platform steps, safety rail at top, and hand rails on each side make us feel safe.

The only reason I gave this product three stars is because they forgot to place my order, but they were honest about it, so have to give them credit for that! I was concerned because I hadn't heard from them since Feb 10 and it was now the 23. Once the issue was resolved, the order came very quickly and the product is great. Only a few pieces to put it together, which is easy (one person can do it). It is sturdy, great for seniors. I would recommend this product but check to see if your order is placed.
