This is a strong and safe ladder. I'm 76 and have no worries about its stability.

This ladder was better than we had expected. Much sturdier than the one we had previously owned .We are 84 years old and need this security. When my tool kit did not arrive with the ladder they quickly answered that they would be sending it out. I am sure it will be here soon.

Package was delivered quickly and I love how sturdy my stool is!

Just what we were looking for and at a resonable price. My only criticisim is too much advertising/pushing of additional sales in followup ads.

I was concerned that my ladder was from SocTone and not HBtower. What’s the story?

When I received my ladder both the box and ladder were damaged. I have sent several emails stating that I would like a return request. I have tried calling; however, the line is constantly busy! I have not heard from anyone!

As a senior safety is huge issue for me. I have a ladder similar to this one but without the side rails & I can’t tell you how many times I wish it did. Now I do. Nice product at an affordable price & light enough for me to still be able to handle.

I am loving my new three-step stepstool from HBTower. It is sturdy, but still light-weight enough to move around. It was just what I was looking for. I was nervous about purchasing online without seeing the product in-person, but I'm glad I took the chance!! Thank you for making this stepstool available.

Arrived in a timely fashion. Easy to put together. Stable ladder

For various reasons, a really sturdy, safe ladder is not just optimal —it’s a requirement for my household. With its extra-deep steps and solid construction, this is by far the sturdiest two-step ladder I’ve seen, and the dark green color makes it the most elegant out there, too. Ordering and delivery were efficient and trouble-free.

Finally! a stepladder that meets all of my needs. I am a videographer and hate having to drag a regular ladder with me, where ever I go. This is lightweight and easy to set up. I love the handrails and the pouch to store additional items.

The five step fold out step ladder with side rails is a great idea. It lets me go up safely another 11 inches higher than my previous step ladder.
It was received, however with the top of the unit damaged. The hole to connect the top piece for the paint holder was damaged in shipment and I could not put that piece into the damaged hole for assembly. It took another 45 minutes to get it to fit. Everything worked out OK. It also is a bit heavy, but I feel safe on the fifth step with its side rails , the top hold piece and its sturdy manufacture. I liked the bolt system for assembly. It was easy and strong. The Allen wrenches were supplied also. Overall it is going to be a very good addition and it saves me from using an extension ladder on many things in and out of the house. Perfection in every respect!!! The 3-step ladder is lightweight yet incredibly sturdy, large steps make maneuvering safe, it’s so easy to open and close (even for weak older people), comfortably fits all body heights, angled rubber feet prevent unwanted movement both when in use and while folded for storage, works equally well without the tool tray attached, and HBTower sent timely, informative updates from the initial order through delivery. Superb product — so very pleased!!!
