Great product, good price, high quality and delived quickly.

The ladder works great for small tasks where hauling my heavy extendable ladder is not needed. Good for washing the top of my camper and the grab rails add security.

It was quite easy to find your items on the web and very convenient to place an order. Several options are available to customers to make purchases.

When I received the ladder the foam on both handrails was damaged. I notified the company and was told they would credit me 5% which will be maybe $6. I informed them I would prefer the damage corrected. I ordered and expected an undamaged product. They told me to put tape on the damage and that my account would be credited. I’m glad the ladder isn’t structurally damaged because I don’t think this company would stand behind their product.
