Placing order was easy

Placing order was easy. Received with in ten days of ordering. Assembly was easy also. It would be really nice to have some type of wheel arrangement to move it around. Picking it up to move it is kind of hard for me. Safety wise, with the hand rails it's awesome.

The product was finally delivered but


The product was finally delivered but because of supply chain and shipping problems came in after our project was completed. We have it ready for the next use. It’s a great ladder.

Love this ladder

Love this ladder. Came just in time to put up outdoor Christmas Decorations. I feel much more secure climbing the ladder with side rails. I am a little puzzled by the fact that the platform that holds tools does not lock in place.
