Products arrived quickly and although they came separately because of different distributors. Customer service was fast with their response and straight to the solution/answer. Only con was not knowing that they were shipped separately, but that information is likely posted on their pages if you were to be smart and read that lol.
Prices are killer affordable and flower is delicious, fresh, and beautiful.
So happy with this shop!

There was a bit of a shipping delay but that was indicated at purchase time, communication could have been better, but other than that I did finally receive the order, a great product at a great price! Thank you headshop.com

Super fast shipping, good quality stuff!

Literally no tracking updates response to email was after 2 days saying will contact vendor seems sketchy the phone number doesn't even work

Subpar Communication
A tracking number was supplied however one 2 pieces of the order were in the package when it arrived. I reached out to customer support on 1/11/2022 but I at the time of writing this I still have not received a reply. All of the items arrived in the end but no other tracking numbers were sent.

I never received my order I ordered on 1/9 it’s 1/23 I’ve sent numerous emails and no reply 😔

Still a harsh smoke. The coil needs to be longer and some how the smoke needs to be trapped before inhaling to let it cool down. Might work better as a bong type of pipe where the coil be of a smaller gauge and longer. Not really happy with it, have to take very short tokes to keep from choking. Other wise delivery was in a timely fashion.

Made a purchase two weeks ago immediately notice they had put the wrong address on my order completely different then the address I provided. Contacted customer support no response next day contacted costumer support nothing. Finally five days later I received a response which they still didn’t fix tried emailing again nothing. Messaged someone on there Facebook page who actually tried to help didn’t succeed though. Got another email telling me there manufacture won’t respond. Tried calling the number for customer support but it doesn’t let you speak to anyone. Finally after two weeks I get notified my order has been shipped only problem is no shipping information was provided and they still have my address wrong. If anyone sees this site and wants to buy DONT ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND SEEMS LIKE A SCAM. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Don’t lose your money. You hope I enjoy my order lmao it’s going to an incorrect address that you failed to fix which you had TWO WEEKS TO FIX. Also as stated NO SHIPPING INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO AN ITEM THAT IS CLAIMING TO BE SHIPPING WHICH SEEMS EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS. How do you ship something without providing the CUSTOMER A TRACKING NUMBER? lastly let’s address what you said to speaking a few times I’ve received a total of 3 responses all 3 NEVER ADDRESSED THE ISSUES NOR DID TYEY FIX THEM. NOR DID ANY OF THEM OFFER A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEMS. If you’re manufacture is ignoring you find a new one that does obviously your company is having huge issues and your customers are suffering while you take there money and fail to provide.

Worse service I have getten in 2021. Don't waist your time

I should have read reviews before I ordered, silly me.l. If you want to receive product in a reasonable amount of time (less than one month) I suggest shopping elsewhere. I cancelled payment after the customer service “department” ignored two emails, that were sent one week apart, asking for a tracking number. I am unsure if the seller is dishonest or overwhelmed.

Terrible customer service and my order has taken over a month to ship, no updates whenever I reach out to customer service. Regret buying from them.

I ordered 2 items in one transaction and I have received only one of the items and it has been 2-3 weeks since the order was placed. I emailed their customer support with no response at all, let alone, in a timely manner.

Also, USPS the way they ship their products, wouldn't deliver the one out of two items I ordered so I had to go to the Post office to find out why. Come to find out, Headshop.com didn't even provide enough postage for the weight of the item I received. I had to pay an additional $7 for postage just to get my item.

Not impressed by this company AT ALL

The silver surfer vehicle is awesome! Customer service has been great, my color was out of stock so they called me immediately to figure things out so they could get it out to me. Shipping was super fast too, which is great!
