Laura and the team were so kind from the get go, and suggested a trip exactly as I hoped, at very short notice (only two weeks or so before travelling), which included my favorite sport, a beautiful hotel and great pick-up and drop-off at the airport already planned. Laura was very easy to reach, and always helpful when I asked questions. I was particularly pleased that she was able to sort out some changes to my tennis classes when I arrived in Portugal, once again at short notice. The resort (Pine Cliffs in Portugal) was beautiful and the tennis coaches were brilliant. Overall would really recommend booking with Health and Fitness!

I’ve booked juicing detox retreats through Health and Fitness Travel five times now, and each time has been a great booking experience - cheaper than booking directly. The team is friendly, helpful, and makes the booking process so easy. They really listen to what I’m looking for and always recommend fantastic retreats that suit my needs perfectly.

I recently booked a vacation with Health and Fitness Travel - and would highly recommend!
I worked with Laura, who was super attentive and responsive. She helped me narrow in on a perfect holiday option for me and my son based on some of my wishes and limitations.
- Laura provided detailed information about multiple resorts, including sample itineraries/activity options
- Laura was super quick to respond to questions I had, making the turn around time for decision making super quick and easy
- She followed up after booking and before my trip to make sure everything was in order and to give me numbers/contacts for support if needed. She even followed up after the trip to see how it was!
- Booking through Health and Fitness travel was far easier, quicker and cheaper than any other option I found! I got a great package deal, including transfer to and from the airport which I couldn't find on the main hotel website.

The hotel/resort we stayed at. (Porto ELounda in Crete) was incredible! My son and I had such an amazing vacation - full of relaxation, beach, water sports, etc. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming - we felt immediately at ease and part of the resort family. We would definitely go again!

Overall I would highly highly recommend working with Health and Fitness travel!!

Longevity Wellness in Alvor was just the tonic. Great balance of cardio, strength, training circuits, fab spa, relaxing massages and chance to try new therapies. Plus, nice run across the board walk over the nature reserve by the sea. Fusion Fitness made booking last minute straightforward. Their first-hand knowledge of each place is particularly helpful as enables sound, personalised recommendations. Thanks again

Solo travel
I was looking for a holiday with a health and fitness vibe as a solo female traveller. There are many companies and holidays available to choose from on the internet. As a solo female traveller safety and the cost plays an important part of the experience. There are quite a few holidays out there that annoyingly cost so much more for a solo traveller. I contacted Health and Fitness travel with many specific requirements. I received a reply from Laura almost immediately. Laura was so attentive, asked the right questions and found me a selection of holidays for me to choose from. I selected Porto Elounda in Crete. I had to change my requirements a few times in order to select the right dates etc for me. Laura was so patient and knowledgeable, she put together a fabulous holiday for me that met all my wishes. I highly recommend Laura and Health and Fitness Travel. Everything was superb and the holiday was just absolutely what I wanted and needed. Thank you Laura, you are amazing.

I was looking for a trip for my husband and I while both have different objectives - I contacted multiple agents but for some reason Laura from Health and Fitness travel made me feel very comfortable and immediately understood our needs, I can assure you that this was the fastest decision I ever took when booking a trip ! She was also very understanding to very specific details and was patient with me when I was evaluating options, she made sure that all is well set before her time off and ensured I have all the details and names of people to contact in case something happens.

I did not have to worry about the ride to the hotel or any logistics as it was all set and ready! And the fact that it was a surprise was also something she took care of to the heart! Even in the spa all details that Laura discussed with me were offered and it was great

Now SHA is something else, it’s a beautiful wellness spa that caters for absolutely everyone, very understanding, welcoming, professional and extremely attentive - it’s an experience that I am urging everyone to go to and it provides lessons and results for a life time !

Excellent advice on which hotel would suit me best. I was given a handful of options but guided toward a particular hotel based on my health and beauty treatment wishes.
I have travelled with Health & Fitness Travel twice - each very different locations - each perfect for what I wanted/needed at the time.

I really rate health and fitness travel. They have listened to my requirements and have always come up with excellent advice and recommendations. They are responsive and are unique in my experience in that they really understand the health and fitness travel options. Laura in particular has been a great help in advising me on my most recent bookings. Great to find an agent that offers real value added service and advice.

I have just returned from the Longevity Hotel in Alvor, Portugal which a friend and I booked through Laura at Heath & Fitness Travel. Laura listened to our requests and couldn't have chosen a better place for us - it was everything we wanted/needed and we are already planning a return trip! The food and the classes at the hotel were amazing and we loved being able to walk into town for dinner in the evening. We didn't want to leave which must be a good sign! Thank you Laura.

I had the most emotionally, spiritually, invigorating, life affirming experience through Health and Fitness Travel at Shanti Som. I have never engaged in this type of holiday and was very nervous and actually wanted to cancel but the travel agency and Laura and Sonia literally left no stone uncovered. They did everything 90% of it I didn’t even have to ask. I have never experienced such high quality efficient service. I will now be going once a year. The food the hikes the yoga the solace the spa the time alone , it was so needed and I just cannot rate my experience high enough. I fell in love with this type of self care

Laura from Health and Fitness Travel was a fabulous coordinator. The stay at at Villalara longevity in Portugal was very well suited to a health and fitness retreat in terms of variety of sports, a fully equipped gym, great food, a medical grade spa and use of thalasso baths. The routine we were given was really healthy, balanced and effective and I felt fully recharged and reset at the end of the stay. Will definitely book through Laura again.

I recently booked a very last minute holiday at the Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui, Thailand. Laura provided advice on resorts with availability, suited my preference for more exercise options, and tailored more towards individual travellers. The whole booking process was efficient and smooth, and the Absolute Sanctuary more than met my expectations.

I recently booked a trip to Kamalaya health and wellness retreat in Koh Samui Thailand through Health and Fitness. Laura was my agent. My experience could not have been better. Laura was able to direct me to the health retreat that was just what I was looking for.

My experience at Kamalya was superb, beyond my expectations. Without being overbearing, Health and Fitness made sure that the details of my trip were taken care of, my itinerary was managed perfectly and my arrival to Koh Samui right up to the driver that escorted me to Kamalya was right on time.

As a solo traveler, these details were important. I would choose Health and Fitness again to plan my next wellness retreat.
