I was unhappy with my existing quote. Natasha Kaur managed to get me a price I was happy with and was able to answer my queries and I was very happy with the service I received.

This is the first time I looked into/considered health insurance. I didn't know where to start, how it works and what's what. After making some enquiries I spoke to Laura Haskins who was brilliant. She knows how to lead the conversation in a very informative way. She knows when to take charge (in moments I was confused) and when to let me speak/ask questions. This way I didn't feel overwhelmed by information and had time to think about it all carefully before making the right decision.
