To start with, their website is extremely misleading. The website offers you to 'get a quote now' by filling in some basic details, however, what it fails to mention is that they are unable to give any quotations online or even any indication of the plans available and instead use your details to persistently call you by phone on various different numbers, multiple times a day. I had filled in my details online to get a quote and immediately had 3 missed calls in a row. This company will not leave a voicemail to allow you to call back at a convenient time or even email to ask when might be best to speak, they bombard with phone calls which I find very intrusive. I was forced to block the main office number due to the number of calls I was receiving during working hours and then they had the cheek to phone me on a mobile number instead to get through to me. This is NOT the way to attract customers and feels more like harassment. A real shame as I was certainly a genuine customer but I have now taken my custom elsewhere.

Ziggy at Healthplan has been amazing at helping me with my private medical insurance. He has been a pleasure to communicate with, really lovely and genuinely helpful and truly cares about helping you get the best cover at the best price. 10/10 and I would highly recommend Ziggy and HealthPlan.

Very professional and timely responses from the team. Marta especially is very lovely to work with, she answered every one of my questions and offered me a great deal on a plan that will hopefully help me out a lot. No pressure in selling you insurance and there to help if needed.

Admittedly, I'm not the easiest client to work with - I ask a lot of questions, go into detail on every policy wording and want to review as many options as possible before making a decision. Brad at Healthplan has been most helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process. He knows the market well, is able to provide independent advice and secure the best deal for you.

Bradley from health plan contacted me after I used comparison websites for health insurance for my family and I. Bradley ran through my requirements and options with me providing answers to any questions I had. At no point during my calls with him was he pushy which is a huge positive for me. There were a few times it was inconvenient for me to talk and he called me back at a suitable time for me. Initially I decided not to proceed with the plan however after circa a month, I got back in contact and he called me back. We re reviewed if the policy was still the best option and I proceeded to purchasing. At no point did I feel like this was just about a sale for Bradley, he wanted the best outcome for my family and I. Thank you Bradley - great service!

Ziggy is hands down the BEST representative I've ever come across in a role that is understandably a "sales" role or target focused. I did not get the constant barrage of calls and was not pressured whatsoever, which I've experienced with other companies. My situation was unique and he took the time to understand my underlying health conditions, listen to my actual needs and thoroughly searched the entire market to find the most appropriate and suitable product for my needs.
