Could not be happier with my new floors from Healthy Home Flooring! Great company to work with and excellent flooring. Very pleasant people to work with and they answer any questions or concerns through out the installation process and beyond. I highly recommend Health Home Flooring to anyone looking to replace their flooring.

I went with Healthy Home Flooring for an upgrade in my house from carpet to vinyl plank. I couldn't be happier! They've been excellent to work with and the price was fantastic. I love my new floors! I highly recommend this company and will be back as a repeat customer in the future.

we pulled the trigger & went with healthy home flooring after we bought our home. we removed carpet & placed laminate throughout our home. healthy home made the process simple & effortless. i was concerned with some reviews but our experience was wonderful! brandon and the team have been awesome and helpful through the whole process. now we get to enjoy our beautiful floors & couldn’t be happier 💚

The company responded to all inquiries even after the work was done. The installation went great with no problems and finished in 4 days. Although the company was not able to reduce the price to 10% less than the least quote I got, (they price matched) I am happy with the add ons like installation of felt on all furnitures, free moving of all furnitures, 100% lifetime guarantee on the labor/work, duct cleaning (scheduled in 2 days) and disinfection of the whole house (scheduled in 5 days). I already recommended the company to a co-worker.

After getting several quotes from other vendors, I decided to go with Healthy Home Flooring and so glad I did. This is a smaller family owned and operated business that gave attention to details. I was so excited about getting my floors done and was not disappointed after my install was completed. Choosing Healthy Home Flooring to replace the carpet in our home was the perfect decision for us! We felt appreciated, respected, and valued by the employees at HHF from our initial call to inquire about pricing to the completion of installation. We were nervous about having someone come for an in home estimate because we were not sure what to expect. At no time did we feel pressured or obligated to choose their company. We felt they provided ample information for us to make our purchasing decision. The crew that installed the carpet were professional and courteous. Throughout the process HHF made sure to keep us informed of what to expect during the next steps and continually checked in to be sure we were satisfied with the service we were receiving. I had 1900 sq. ft. of waterproof vinyl plank flooring installed in my home. I received excellent service from start to finish. I love my floors and couldn't be happier with them.

Great price for a great looking floor. From the time I made first contact until the time I had new floors in my entire house it was exactly 1 week. My sales guy Lee was very knowledgeable and the customer support team proactively called every day during the install to ask how the project was coming along. I would definitely recommend.

It was a wonderful experience working with Healthy Home Flooring. My designer was JD and he came to my home prior to the project start to go over my options and helped me select a beautiful LVP. I decided to rip out both the standard tile and carpet that were originally installed, so it was quite the mess. My installer was Cesar and he was awesome. His team moved all of my furniture, made sure to cover my walls, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The install took about a week to complete and I now have beautiful floors throughout my home. My project manager, Zac, kept in contact with me the entire time to ensure that the install was going smoothly. The icing on the cake was having my air ducts cleaned and sanitized after the process! I couldn't recommend them enough.

I just used this company for my new flooring, it turned out amazing! Zac and the technicians that were out here we're absolutely amazing, I can't say enough about how respectful and thoughtful that they were. I would never go with another flooring company

I am not a person who typically leaves reviews (good or bad), however, this experience was the worst I have ever experienced and I feel obligated to inform others who may be considering this company to complete their flooring.
Let me first start off by owning my error which was a lack of research. I wanted to get this project done and I didn’t get as many quotes or research the company as I should have. I liked the idea of going with a smaller company that was relatively new in the flooring arena, even though they were far from the cheapest. My suggestion- get multiple bids, do your due diligence, and invest time into researching your options before you decide.
I will outline the issues as directly as I can:
There were a total of 4 rooms to be complete and a timeline of 4 days in which to complete it.
Day 1: Installers to show up at 9am. No call no show. I had to call to speak to the project manager and was told some story (which turned out to be a lie). Long story short- I waited around all day because “they were on their way”, they showed up at 5pm!
Day 2: Same installers show up and they are actually on time- I’m happy. They have a 3rd guy with them today and he is obviously high or drunk. He is leaving front door wide open, slamming doors, dropping the F bomb very loudly (I’m on zoom conferences), he is having a very loud argument with his lady on the cell phone outside about who is picking up the “prescriptions” (this was captured on my ring doorbell)- it was a disaster and I was so happy when they left.
Side note- they didn’t bring any transition pieces with them to cover the gap between the new flooring and the existing tile- so we just had a gap. I was told after day 1 that they would bring the transitions the next day. They showed up on day 2 without transitions and now we had gaps in both rooms. Awesome! Project manager said that when installer comes to complete last 2 rooms, he will have the transitions.
Day 3 (was about a week later): 1 installer shows up and completes both rooms on his own. He was supposed to be there by 10, he showed up around 1. This guy seemed to know what he was doing and was respectful. He, however, didn’t have a clue about the transition pieces. So, now we have 4 rooms with gaps and no transitions.
Day 4 (was about a week later again): Guy shows up 3 hours later than he was supposed to and spends about 45 minutes before telling me he didn’t have the proper tools to continue! Once he left- the transitions he completed were coming up and bowing up.
Day 5 (was about a week later again): Project manager and installer from day 3 show up to install transitions. The two rooms completed by this installer has the transitions installed and they looked great. He then had to complete the other 2 rooms that he didn’t install the flooring. This is when we found out that those installers didn’t use glue as they were supposed to and they didn’t cut the planks so that there was a large enough gap to accommodate a transition piece. The time it was going to take him to complete the last two rooms wasn’t budgeted correctly and he was hustling to get it done. The project manager, with good intentions, with more hinderance than help it seemed.
Either way, it got done and transitions were installed. They looked like absolutely crap. There were two pieces used in a doorway that was roughly 3 feet wide. They were lifting in some areas and flush in others. There were cuts made that were half-ass. There are two pieces butted up together and they are not vertically flush.
After dealing with a 4 day project for the past month- I have no patience or confidence they know how to properly correct this issue. What good is a lifetime guarantee if the workmanship is subpar? Not to mention, the planks in the first 2 rooms are starting to separate and gaps are becoming larger and more noticeable. When I spoke to the owner the response was, “I’ll send my best guys out there”, but I’m curious why you would ever send anyone that wasn’t considered your best?
In summary, DO YOUR HOMEWORK. One thing worth mentioning is that full payment is required prior to any work being complete. This is a huge mistake! By having paid in full prior to install- they had zero incentive to complete the job in a timely manner. Find a company that takes 50% up front and collects only after the job is complete.
In my opinion, you could spend a fraction of the amount of money this company charges and have a much better outcome with several other companies. I would advise against spending your money with this one.

We Just had our floors done by Healthy Home Flooring and let me tell you they are the best there is. We saw them at the home show and stopped on our way out and glad we did. From the start they were friendly and listened to what we wanted. The salesman came to our home and made the process so easy and painless. Then came the install. Our Installers Gavi and Angel were top notch. Came in and got the job done. Zach the Project Manager was at our home a couple of times as well. If you need new floors look no further. The follow up and communication from the office is a bonus make you feel that you matter and are the only one they are doing a job for. THANK YOU for doing such a great job we LOVE our new floors from Healthy Home Flooring.
