Great friendly service

The appointment was on time. The audiologist was thorough and explained everything clearly.

Five Stars for the team at Hearing Wales, Newcastle Emlyn. Super service from the initial hearing test through to the final set up of my hearing aids. Amy Evans, the audiologist is very professional and couldn’t have done more to ensure that I was satisfied with the aids. Highly Recommended for anyone considering buying hearing aids.

The audiologist that I saw today was absolutely amazing and thorough.
She really helped me to understand my difficulties with regards my hearing.

Friendly and professional staff and reasonable prices. Particularly appreciated the fact they didn't charge for the follow up when I hadn't used the ear drops as instructed before my first appointment.

Hearing Wales at Narberth provided a prompt adjustment appointment for my hearing aids recently, and have done so regularly during the last two years since having my aids. Their staff are always helpful and will ring you back if needed to do so. Having aids two years ago was a big thing for me, but the staff at Hearing Wales in Narbeth made this step very easy and natural, and continue to do so, assuring me that I can ring them for help or an adjustment appointment anytime.

Excellent experience once again. From arrival, I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable with Adele being chatty and personable. Amy was informative about the procedure and answered my questions fully.
