The Newcastle Emlyn branch has two extremely dedicated staff members Amy and Adele. Here customer service is exceptional. My wife has not only hearing loss but tinnitus which drives her mad. But the Newcastle Emlyn double act sorted it out very quickly and professionally. The frequency with the recommended hearing aids has been set exactly right to mask out the constant noise so her hearing is as good as it’s ever been for many years. We highly recommend the Newcastle Emlyn branch. Home visits are possible if your circumstances require it.

Sophia (the audiologist) explained the process really clearly and was very considerate. Also, she was a good laugh which was an added benefit. Didn't have a chance to chat to Nicola (the receptionist) much but remember her as super nice.

So convenient to have a Hearing Clinic in Newcastle Emlyn, fantastic service and advice provided. Got an appointment same day as contacting. First time I’d had this done, was put at ease, painless with remarkable results, no more ear ache, thank you Amy Evans - Audiologist and Adele the receptionist.

Hearing Wales Newcastle Emlyn are absolutely wonderful. Arranged an appointment as a home visit to my 93 year old mother. It took 3 sessions with Amy the Audiologist to rectify my mother's hearing from practically deaf to having good hearing again. Adele, in the office was also great, keeping us updated with times of visits and making sure everything went well. Importantly this is a genuinely honest enterprise and they will not try to offer you a hard sell but provide absolute integrity and professionalism.
