What a fantastic service they provide. This was my 3rd visit and they do not disappoint. Very friendly and chatty staff. Waiting time is quick. I was given a free hearing test and Irene who performed my test did it on her break so that I wouldn’t have to come back. Now if that’s not service I dont know what is. My ears are free from wax 😊

Super helpful, efficient and professional

I had an ear completely blocked with wax and was in pain for days, I honestly thought I was going deaf. I was nervous about microsuction and really unsure of what to expect. I saw Bridget at the London Bridge clinic and she was absolutely lovely. She put me at ease and really reassured me, especially when I told her how scared I was. Her calm and friendly manner made all the difference. There was quite a lot of wax, so I was booked in for a follow up appointment with Bridget at their Liverpool Street clinic, which was just as welcoming. Again, she was fantastic, kind, professional and the whole experience from start to finish was great. I was so relieved when the wax finally came out I felt like I was on a different planet lol, I could hear so much better. Thank you Bridget and the team for making the experience so comfortable and being so kind.

Very professional care and i am delighted with the result. My ears were blocked with wax and I saw Harry who performed microsuction. I am so happy I could get an appointment on the same day. Will definitely recommend to my work colleagues.

It was very easy to make a booking and the clinic is located very close to Liverpool Street station, which is very useful.
The process was very quick, the staff are very polite and pleasant and it was a very stress free experience.

The kind receptionist led me to the waiting area and I met with Clarissa today and she was brilliant! Very kind, friendly and I trusted that she knew what she was doing - she was very thorough and thoughtful! She took time to answer a couple of queries I had, explained things and very kindly offered some advice and provided me with a brochure about hearing. I will ask for her again the next time I need treatment again and also to get a hearing test. Super-satisfied client! Thank you!
