Har nu igen for gud ved hvilken gang fået besked om fornyelse af min licens. De skriver den automatisk vil blive fornyet, - - ligesom alle de andre gange, jeg har prøvet turen i 7 år ca. og hver eneste gang har jeg skullet slåsse med dem om at få den automatiske fornyelse slettet og forlangt de sletter mine betalingsoplysninger denne gang har jeg skrevet i flere dage, med det resultat at jeg da i det mindste har fået lov at ændre mit pasword. Men de har også hævet over 900 kr på min konto trods jeg udtrykkeligt har forbudt dem det. Jeg kan kun komme i kontakt med nogen der taler Engelsk og det vil jeg ikke finde mig i, da jeg har indgået aftale med et tilsyneladende Dansk firma befinder mig i Danmark har indgået aftalen på Dansk. Derfor vil jeg simpelthen tale med dem på andre sprog end Dansk. Nu må vi så se om jeg skal i retten for at få pengene igen. Men jeg er færdig med Heimdal medmindre de giver mig kontakt oplysninger til noget personale der taler Dansk og som er til at få fat i hvis der er brug for det og så skal de slette den der med automatisk fornyelse. De kan jo sagtens finde ud af at plage os med alskens skrammel pr mail, så kan de også ad den vej gøre opmærksom på tid til fornyelse.

I have only had a good experience with Heimdal Premium Home and customer service.

It is not about product justly overpriced. I had it for like two years. I just cannot justify paying USD100 a year for something that I can get for USD55 a year does the same thing

Also, there is no way to cancel your account through simple account page. It was actually necessary for you to send them an email in order to cancel it, which is extremely annoying. You should be able to do this using your account just like every other antivirus service out there

I like Heimdal security but I am not 100% confident in using it alone. In addition, I think it is too expensive. I can purchase other good name security programs for much less. I also do not like automatic renewal and for this reason alone, I would never order the software again.

It is the newest application I have used in a long time, I initially started with the trial period for a year, and now I use it in Premium mode, taking advantage of its multiple security features in all its aspects. The attention provided is prompt and they solve all doubts on digital security issues. I hope that soon it can be installed on Windows 11 without problems.
