The team by Heimdal Security, have been very helpfull, when there were aby problems

I was no longer using Heimdal Security so I could not disable auto renew settings ; support team did stop the auto renew for my license and they granted a refund of the payment that was done.

has had Heimdal installed since April 2011 and is going to renew for a 3 year period again. it is in use on the family's 4 PCs.

Jeg må indrømme, at jeg indtil nu har været tilfreds med det program jeg har købt. Men nu - med 9 måneder tilbage af min licens - får jeg konstant en pop-up fra programmet om et eller andet fornyelses tilbud. Og man kan ikke slå den fra, den bliver bare ved. Oven i købet er tilbudet 2 års licens for prisen for 1 års licens. En pris som er langt højere end det jeg betalte første gang for 3 års licens. Det virker jo helt vanvittigt.

Venligst slå den pop-up fra, ellers må jeg jo skifte til anden udbyder inden min licens udløber, og så er der jo slet ikke nogen chance for at jeg forlænger min licens hos Heimdal Security.

Update: Supporten hos Heimdal har nu løst det således at pop-up'en ikke længere kommer. Dejligt. Derfor får i nu 3 stjerner. Grunden til at i ikke får flere stjerner, er at pop-up'en burde have en "Vis ikke igen" eller lignende funktionalitet. Altså sagt med andre ord, så burde dette jo slet ikke være et problem til at begynde med.
Update2: Ingen mulighed for fornyelse, har ikke længere tillid til denne software. Den bliver ved med at komme op med at nu har den forhindret dette og hint, men når man følger linket til detaljer...er der ingen detaljer. Nok i mine øjne et "indprogrammeret" angreb. Skifter til anden leverandør når dette udløber.

I used Heimdal Security for a few years but noticed it was blocking too many other programmes I was trying to install so cancelled my auto renewal.They replied the very next day saying that my request was completed. Great service!

The use and functionality of software was in my experience really good. No computer got infected. Even kids computers are safe.
Managing licence is somewhat complicated as you have to send mail inquiry for every move of the licence from one computer to another.

I had an issue with blocked website for my training. I have contacted the support team of Heimdal Security and they replied very fast, within about 30 min. Within an hour my problem was solved! They were very responsive and helpful!

My technical issue originated in my own poor memory. However, the support I received was attentive and very helpful. I strongly recommend Heimdal Security for your Cyber Security.

They friendly told me about automatic renewing of my Heimdal Security and the price was about 247 € for a year. Therefore I have cancelled and chosen a new partner who has a price 1/5 of what Heimdal will have and the new partner is chosen in several tests as no 1 or 2

The support is outstanding. No waiting for a ticket to be created and updated. If you have an issue support wants a remote session to sort it out. This is a refreshing change from the usual bots and procedures that other vendors support usually consist of.
