The inventory software is the best i have ever used as it is so easy to use and flexible. The support team is fantastic also as they respond to the chats or phone calls so quickly and whatever the issue is they are always give everything they have to sort it out for you and they are friendly polite and always happy to help. Special thanks to Usman who was able to help me recover old data from previous inventory, this has helped out so much.

Usman is always so helpful. I am not the best when it comes to technical things but Usman is always so patient on chat and gives clear and concise instructions that make it easy to follow. It always seems to be Usman I get on chat so he has helped me many times. If anyone in the office has an issue with hello report we say 'ask Usman' It's great to have him on hand.

The team is so supportive! We've been using Hello Report for a while and recently shifted a portfolio of properties from one company into another, and the transition felt really confusing in so many regards EXCEPT with Hello Report. Liam made the process all so simple and it really was an easy tick off my to-do list and a weight off my shoulders. Really great product too - user friendly and I love that tenants can also add any issues to the report before signing off, if they feel it's needed.

Usman took his time helping me fix my issue & was actively replying in a timely manor. The only reason my review isn't 5 star is because a call could've resolved my issue quicker but a call wasn't available.

Exceptional piece of software for all residential lettings. Easy to use and doesn't leave you doubting yourself when it comes to documenting areas of the property.

We have used Hello Report for the last couple of years since moving from a previous Inventory company and I have to say there response time to any requirement we have had has been nigh on instantaneous. Shout out to Usman who always goes above and beyond to resolve issue's fast.

we have worked with Hello report for the last two months. I have no bad comments to make regarding their services or the platform. if we have had any concerns or require assistance they are on it from the start.

Awful system. I've used this when moving into two properties, and both times it hasn't let me submit any disputes to the property.

I submit all the photos of my disputes and get to the final page, and it just says 'submitting' for hours. Tried this multiple times and got the same issue.

Obviously just a scam so you can't dispute anything and get stung at the end of your tenancy when you try and get your deposit back.

Poor customer service as well. He tried to tell me that it was my 'wifi speeds' when I have over 450Mbps upload speeds.
