The guys at support are always helpful and manage to rectify all queries i may have .

Easy Inventories for estate Agents…

Hello Report has made life so much easier for us Estate Agent with inventories. They are so easy to follow and if there are any problems they are so helpful when you contact their chat line, nothing is too much trouble,

Great software and brilliant customer service

I've been using Hello Report for a while and the simplicity of using it is second to none, very thorough and fantasic design.
The customer service is extremely good, Usman is always very helpful with any queries i have.
Would highly recommend.

Easy, quick, great staff

Easy and quick to use, helpful staff and regularly updating the platform to make our experience smoother. They take into account what their customers want so have adapted a few things which has been great.

Great product and even better service

Great product and even better service! I have used the inventory/ inspection / check in and out report product for over ten years. The program is easy to use and cost effective for a small independent agency. Backed by super fast customer service. Excellent product and even better service.

We highly recommend!

HelloReport is so quick & easy to use from both your mobile & PC. Its substantially reduced the time it takes to issue our Inventories & Reports. The staff are really easy to deal with too. Don't know how we did without it, we highly recommend!

Great customer service help from Usman…

Great customer service help from Usman - quick response and resolved my issue. Hello Report is easy to use and makes my inspection visits more time efficient. I would like to see a 'notes' section within each room rather than just a 'defects' sections; this would be a really useful feature rather than just having to include general notes in a separate section.

Highly Recommend

Such a smooth app

Such a smooth app, that is really easy to use, update and with good quality photos. Also so handy that tenants can write directly onto the report rather than having to manually enter their comments and photos - such a time saver!

Great experience as tenant

Used it as a tenant to sign my inventory. Could add my own photos which was good since the agent missed a few things. As a tenant it's great

App worked quite well

I think the app had everything I needed. It also worked with android so nothing to complain to be honest. 👍🏼
