Marketed as premium Swiss brand, in effect, is a cheap dropshipper with products directly from China. Refund guarantee is worthless, paid $280 USD for two straps, requested a refund, they refused, despite saying they had made the refund. Had to go through VISA to requesr a charge back.

Ich habe mir bei diesem Händler ein braunes Lederarmband mit Faltschließe für meine Jaeger le Coultre Reverso bestellt. Zuvor hatte ich mit dem Kundendienst Kontakt und mir wurde versichert, dass das Band am Anstoß die für die Uhr notwendige Keilform aufweisen würde.
Ware nach ungefähr 8 Tagen erhalten. Das Band entpuppte sich als billiges China Armband (inkl. Aufkleber, der das bestätigt), hatte eine normale Dornschließe und normale Bandanstöße.
Nach langem hin und her mit dem Kundensupport wurde mir ein Hermes Rücksendeetikett zur Verfügung gestellt. Als ich die Rücksendung abgab, stand Aliexpress klar erkennbar auf dem Rücksendeschein. Der Händler bestätigte mir den Erhalt der Rücksendung, eine Rückerstattung auf meine Kreditkarte blieb jedoch aus. Auch nach mehreren Anfragen, was sich über mehr als zwei Monate zog, wurde mir immer wieder eine erfolgte Rückerstattung auf mein Konto bestätigt, sie ist es jedoch nie eingetroffen. Knapp 3,5 Monate nach der Bestellung wurde es mir zu bunt und ich eröffnete ein Chargeback Verfahren bei der Bank meiner Kreditkarte. Hier reichte ich sämtliche Beweise (E-Mail Verkehr) ein und der Fall wird nun wohl zu meinen Gunsten entschieden.

Tut euch einen Gefallen und bestellt nich bei diesem Händler. Falls ihr es schon getan habt, so macht von eurem Recht Gebrauch und eröffnet, wenn nötig, ein Chargeback Verfahren.

Leider passt das Band zu meiner Tudor nicht, obwohl es exakt für dieses Model hätte sein sollen. Rückgabe wurde verweigert, obwohl am selben Tag nach Erhalt der Lieferung diese moniert wurde. Grund der Ablehnung: Es wird sich auf eine individuell nach Bestellung produzierte Ware bezogen, welche gem. Art. 16(c) der EU-Verbraucherrechte-Richtlinie (2011/83/EU) vom Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen wäre. Und das bei einem Band, welches gem. Verpackung aus China kommt. Schade um das Geld :-(
Kauf kann ich daher 0 empfehlen.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Any positive reviews you see from here are fake. I ordered a strap in November 2025 payed 70£ and have not received anything. It is almost June 2026 now. The communication is terrible and its probably AI as they are sending me repetitive emails that make no sense. This is a scam website disguised by a well made website.

Wenn ich Null Sterne geben könnte würde ich es tun. Es wurde uns ein Band geliefert, dass nicht an die Uhr passt, weil die Bandanstöße nicht passen. Wohl ein Fabrikationsfehler. Leider wurde uns weder ein Umtausch noch eine Rücksendung angeboten obwohl wir innerhalb der 14-tätigen Widerrufsfrist tätig wurden. Der Kundenservice ist mehr als desaströs. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!

What a scam store. Avoid at all costs.

Over $200 for a replacement Cartier strap. Broke after a month’s use. Customer service was not helpful at all and dismissed my warranty claim.

I returned my item, and Helvetus confirmed they received it over a month ago. Customer support (Mia) claims the refund was issued to my Visa, but they refuse to provide a bank receipt or ARN code. My bank confirms that no money was ever sent. This looks like a delay tactic.
Avoid them at all costs!

Great product, well made and competitively priced. Easy to navigate website and shipping very quick (to send and to arrive).

It is fraud. Afterv5 monthes i still do not have my order delivered. They even di not send tracking number. Avoid them

Billigware aus China. Das Unternehmen impliziert es wäre schweizer Qualität ( es wird natürlich nicht genau gesagt, das es aus der Schweiz käme), dabei kommt es direkt billigst in der chinesischen Originalverpackung, die an Temu erinnert. Ebenfalls ging man nicht auf meine Mail ein, in der ich mein Unverständnis äußerte, dass man eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer in einer extra Mail erst anfordern muss, statt wie üblich sie gleich bei Versandbestätigung zu bekommen. Sehr enttäuscht, vor allem im Verhältnis zum Preis.

Had to disguise this as a 4 star because thats the only ones they allow tk show on their site. Terrible dropshipping company; the straps that are shown on the site are completely different from the ones you recieve.

Infact i found the exact strap i got sent on aliExpress using google reverse search. It costs £6! And theyre charging us £75!

Absolute con company.

Ordered a FKM ruber strapp, surprised it was delivered from China with long delivery timw and rhis was not disclosed when ordering. Quality still to be reviewed but the color was not the one ordered. This brand was suggesteddby Google AI but definitely not recommended

They sent me the wrong strap, made me pay for return shipping to Switzerland, and then refused to refund me the amount. I put in a dispute with my credit card company.

J’ai acheté un bracelet Tag-Heuer qui ne correspondait pas à ma montre. Le retour s’est fait sans aucun souci mais après deux mois je ne vois toujours pas de trace de mon remboursement malgré plusieurs relances. Toujours la même réponse : le remboursement est fait !!

Jeg fikk 20mm istedenfor 19mm gummireim enda jeg bestilte til den spesifikke Zenith modellen som er 19mm. Reimen var til Omega. De påstod den skulle passe. Etter hvert godkjente de retur. Etter mottatt og godkjent retur har jeg brukt flere måneder med å få pengene tilbake uten hell. Jeg får bare mail at det er refundert uten at jeg har fått pengene. Frustrerende opplevelse.

Not what it seems. I placed an order on the 24th of April and received a confirmation that it would be shipped within 24 hours. Assuming it is a Swiss Strap and being shipped from Switzerland I was annoyed not to receive any confirmation or update and asked repeatedly for shipping information. Today, 14th of May it seems that due to international inventory topics it is being shipped from “Asia” and well underway. Upon request they have refused to provide any shipping information or confirmation that the item has even been dispatched. I have requested a cancellation because of the delay. I have been threatened that if I approach my card provider I will loose as they will provide all the details, even those they refuse to provide me with? I think this is not a serious Swiss organisation? Are they by any chance drop shipping Chinese products as Swiss? I hate being put down and treated like an idiot. So, please be careful before you too fall for the image you see.

apres avoir contacté le SAV ils n'ont jamais voulu reconnaitre que cette cassure était du fait du produit mais ont préféré justifier cela par un defaut d'usage de ma part
