I sent a message on Facebook messenger, to which I got a real person reply.
They helped me identify the parts I were looking for were obsolete, and able to suggest replacements, and amend the order to suite my unique needs.
I placed the order and the items arrived very next day!
Can't do better than that!!

They are fab quick to answer questions and fast delivery won't go anywhere else

We recently bought our gazebo from Hercules and when we put it up for the first time we found a hole in the roof panel, I got in touch with them and the promptly sent out a replacement roof. Really good company to do business with. Will definitely use them in the future.

We used this company a couple of years ago to buy a hercules gazebo frame &roof & curtains very steady &don't fall down in heavy winds &the material lasts a very long time would recommend anyone to buy from this company. Plus we needed to buy just the roof material this time around so helpful as we didn't has the size of the roof went out of there way to help us find the size we needed with telephone &emails .

This company is excellent. They carry spares for the products that they sell, even for our five year old gazebo. Their products are excellent. They gave personal email responses very quickly on a Sunday and shipped the goods by return.

Hercules gazebos custom made a valance for my gazebo. It looks fantastic and had so many people compliment me on it.

Seriously unimpressed with this company.

I was recommended it by another artist and sure enough the sturdiness of the structure is very good and the price is very reasonable. However, there are some unacceptable glaring quality issues with my 3x3 gazebo which I emailed the company about and never once had the basic courtesy of a reply. Not once!!

There are small holes in the roof fabric which I have had to patch myself. Holes are clearly unacceptable where rain and art are concerned.

Apart from the fact the roof portion is incredibly fiddly to get on, the guy rope hoops sewn into the fabric are woefully weak with basic stitching, so much so one of them simply fell off when I was running a guy rope to it.

Fabric pole attachments fell off too, and some only had a couple of threads holding them to the wall of the gazebo.

Additionally many of the Velcro attachments are sewn on the wrong way round so instead of a pair of "sticky" Velcro portions attaching as expected, I found I had the reverse side meeting each other which means of course they are useless, as only the Velcro side will secure itself.

This was bought 6 months ahead of the important art event so I had it in situ and never got round to assembling it until a week before the event itself whereupon I discovered all these irritating issues. Nonetheless the single most irksome and infuriating fact in all this remains that Hercules NEVER replied to my emails and this struck me as awful customer care.

I cannot recommend this company as a result. I am writing this review one week ahead of another art event and am going to have to remove all the faults myself and try and rectify them so everything works AS EXPECTED.

The quality of the fabric stitching is abysmal on a shocking scale I have never previously seen on a gazebo. This one from Hercules is a replacement for another one I bought (which the wind destroyed) and that one was not only cheaper but far better manufactured purchased July 2024.

Good points - frame is solid and very sturdy.
Bad points - terrible gazebo fabric quality

I am still very chuffed off that I never got a reply as this was a significant event and caused me a good deal of stress and I feel Hercules simply stuck two fingers up and couldn't care less, whilst happy to take your money.

I will NEVER buy from them again and have unrecommended them to other artists looking for strong gazebos.
