However, our records indicate that, though the delivery took longer than anticipated, you received and signed for your package, confirming its delivery & acceptance. We are confident in the quality of the products you received and can assure you that we are neither drop shippers nor scammers.

As a small, passionate team, we handle every aspect of our business directly. Our commitment to crafting products with unique, all-natural ingredients often requires us to rely on specialized suppliers, which can sometimes lead to unforeseen delays. During busy periods, our customer service response times can also be slower than usual, and we send out emails to inform our customers of these delays. Unfortunately, this delay email is sometimes not well-received and leads to misconceptions about our business practices and thus the many reviews on this platform.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate a record of your purchase in our system, and we could not verify the details you provided. Additionally, information was not made available upon request by Trust Pilot.

With respect to your use of our Hair Growth products, we are eager to gain a better understanding of the initial condition of your hair and your reasons for choosing our treatment, especially considering your hair was "reportedly" healthy prior to the use of our products (?).If you indeed use our products, it is important to acknowledge that increased hair shedding is indicative of Telogen Effluvium, which surprisingly denotes the effectiveness of our treatment. Our Follicle Stimulant Cream is designed to hasten the transition from the Telogen (resting) phase, during which older hairs that were meant to fall out with time are shed, to facilitate the growth of new, healthier strands in the Anagen (growth) phase.

We encourage you to continue using the cream as directed and to maintain patience and consistency throughout the treatment process. Should you have any further questions or require more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear Anthany,

The only thing you are after is not informing other customers, but rather making sure that you place as many negative responses as possible, just as you threatened in the e-mail conversations.

To respond to the cream being grainy, we have never gotten any feedback from any customer that our products turned grainy and we ship thousands of products every month. We were however concerned and tested to see if we could replicate the problem. We left the cream open for a week, testing it every day, it was only after 7 days the cream turned slightly grainy because of the exposure to air. This happens to all creams and lotions once you leave them open. We could however photograph the grains, so this lead us to believe you actually finished the product. It is always important to provide proof to your claim and in your case you did not provide any photo evidence.

Management wanted to ship you new products, however before we were even able to assist you you already started posting reviews and threatened to destroy the name of our company.

As it can already be seen from your reviews, you are very determined to make us look bad rather than just accepting you finished the cream, you discovered you used it wrong and you needed a new one to try our instructions.

We want to wish you all the best, sadly however our response will result in another 1 star review on this website.
