Bad/ non existent customer service
Not happy placed order on 11th Oct today is the 28th Oct and I still have not received my order and after sending 4 emails that have gone ignored and unanswered I would advice you stay away from this company and their poor customer service ethics totally disappointed as this was my second and will be my last order with them

Dear Dijah,
We have been informing all customers who ordered from the 8th of 20th of October that their packages would be shipped out later due to our expansion. During this period, our customer service was very limited, however you received all the updates about this. All orders were shipped out on the 27th of October and you must have received your tracking link before you wrote this review.
We managed to find your order which was delivered on the 29th of October. Our product is working for you as this is your second purchase, yet you find it neccessary to leave a bad review during a time where we had limited customer service.

No difference seen with products. Expensive for nothing to happen. Don’t like the way they remove all negative reviews or comments from social media adverts

Dear Donna,
You only used our small jar (50ml) which only lasts you 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the problem area. Hair growth takes time and it varies from person to person.
We don't remove any negative reviews or comments. We have many ads running and it might be difficult to find your comment. Additionally when we switch off an ad, you will not be able to find back your comment as the ad is deleted.
We hope you find a product that will work for you within 2 to 4 weeks, but without patience and consistency no product will ever work for you.
