I decided to use HM3 for my Lasting Power of Attorney forms because Sophie Prescott had been very helpful in preparing my will, so it made sense to ask her support in this respect. As before, she showed a thorough understanding of the issues & took time to ascertain what my particular circumstances & wishes were. She pointed out issues that I hadn’t thought of & helped me to make an informed decision regarding my LPA.
She combined professionalism with a pleasant demeanour & I recommend her to anyone looking for legal advice.
