The HM3 representative was very clear and consice in explaining some quite complicated information. We were very satisfied with how our case was handled

i came to HM3 Legal through a presentation they had made at David Lewis, a college for disables young adults. i had quite a sensitive problem regarding Deputyship for my son. Bethan guided me through the process, made all of the legal applications to the Court and successfully gained my Deputyship for my son. i dont see this as the end of our relationship, there will be times to come where i will need help and i wont hesitate in picking up the phone to HM3.

We recently dealt with Sophie Prescott for making wills and LPAs at HM3, Chester. We found her excellent to work with. She was very efficient and was happy to clarify any points for us.
She made the process very straight forward and we would highly recommend her.

Once again the service I have received from my solicitor Sophie Prescott at HM3 Legal (Chester) has been excellent. Sophie is very approachable and explains everything very clearly. In January 2023 we started our working relationship with HM3 legal and were appointed Mike Richards, Kathleen Barton and Molly Ward to help us gain possession of a very complex tenanted property. Throughout the whole process all three were very effective in communication, relaying information to ourselves so throughly that we understood and in depth. Due to the complexity of nature of our case, this is the reason for the length of time taken however the team at HM3 kept us constantly informed, chased the courts and advised us each step of the way. The ability of each one of the team at HM3 is second to none. We will be sad now we are at the end of our case (with a very positive outcome) that our relationship with HM3 takes a break here however we will be using HM3 in the future for anything that may require their services.

Most legal matters can be daunting but we found Sophie to not only be professional but also patient and understanding at no time did myself and Wife feel we were not provided with the help and assistance in understanding the process. We were very happy with the process and help provided and would not hesitate to use HM3 Legal again.

I engaged HM3 Legal to support me in my purchase of a property. Their involvement in the matter can be summed up as unprofessional and detrimental to the transaction. They have delayed the purchase significantly, mislead the sellers, ignored all communication from me (and there was plenty) and ignored the work required on the case for extended periods of time. The sellers (as well as myself) have repeatedly expressed their frustrations and threatened to pull out of the transaction due to the impact of the service provided by HM3. I would heavily recommend you do not use this company.

Have sent post and tried to charge court fees to a completely incorrect address. Not holding any accountability of causing strain and now causing borderline suicide

Reply to below: not working to resolve. Legal ombudsman involved and firm fobbing off emails directly regarding strain and weight loss caused by their threatening and bullying behaviour. Poor practice, charged over 10k for nothing to show for it and my new solicitor having to near enough start from scratch. What they tried to charge for a separate file was merely emails back and forth.

Sophie Preston dealt with our query from start to finish. She quided us threw the complexities of our mirror wills and was extremelly efficient and professional in dealing with our needs. In addition she has a friendly and cheerful manner which we greatly appreciated. We would have no qualms in recommending your Company to others.

After reading these reviews I am concerned they are not legit.
Since mak8ng a claim with cms legal it has caused me further hardship.
They retreated a small sum of money back for me for unaffordable lending. The contacted me to say my claim was successful, following this I fail to understand still how they have come to this conclusion. They have taken the cheque I still owe the company i borrowed from the same amount and now cos legal are asking for further costs to pay for their service after taking the full amount from the cheque that was sent to them. I am now financially worse off as I owe more money which I'd ironic when they are claiming against companies for unaffordable lending. Please be aware this company is a scam. They block numbers after calling you and make it extremely difficult to contact them, which again raises further red flags.
