A glitch in the system caused my contacts to be shipped to the wrong address, the customer service rep was so helpful. They addressed everything efficiently, and I got my new shipment in the exact time that was scheduled.

I love my contacts
I love my contacts. Only problem with Waldo is I sent a box of contacts back and they didn’t refund. I was so upset. I did return and ordered more because I love my contacts. But be very careful with returns. I would like to update my review by saying Waldo sent me a full refund on my contacts. I’m so pleased. I love my contacts and will continue ordering from them.

On 6/23 you emailed to say my order was being processed. On 6/24 you emailed to say lenses were on the way. It's now 7/8 and nothing has arrived. I like your product, but your delivery is questionable, at best.

Your price is barely better than my local eye doctor but the lenses are more comfortable for sure. The rewards system is cool tho. Overall a good product. Thanks
