We are sorry to hear about your recent WALDO experience. Please email us at hello@hiwaldo.com and our Customer Service team is ready to help as there does not appear to be any communication from you about this. Our customer service team have emailed you to confirm the prescription and we have requested a copy of the prescription and are awaiting your reply.
The prescription sent out would be the same as that you had entered when signing up for the free trial. We have also found multiple trials which does have a different prescription.

Changing my prescription to the new…
Changing my prescription to the new prescription was so easy. One of the easiest I've ever done. And then placing my order. My order came within a couple days. I couldn't beat that at all. It's so affordable and the quality is just as good as this high price ones

I have used them for 10 plus year!!! amazing and love them!! There were two different times where the shipment was delayed for a few days and they even gave a discount because it was delayed. Very Considerate!

I had no issues with the actual…
I had no issues with the actual ordering process but I was disappointed in the product. Contact stuck to my eye and was difficult to remove. It actually ripped in my eye while trying to remove it.

Actually I would give you zero stars. I usually get 3 packs of lenses for 42$ but not this last time. I only got 2 packs of lenses. I am done with waldo

Prescription is way off
Prescription is way off. Contacts are supposed to be extra hydrating but they dry out within a couple hours of wearing them.

The best ever
I Love Waldo Contacts they are so comfortable.I've been wearing contacts since 1984 and these are the best ones I've ever had. I absolutely love love love them . They definitely get a 10 in the receiving time of getting my free trial pairs. 10 of how comfortable they are .receive a 10 with the pricing. I wore every contact there is I'll never change again I love Waldo..
