This last deal for 60% off didn't work. I was charged full price and was told I would receive a refund but didn't. The convenience of getting contacts this way is great, but Waldo has not done a good... もっと見る

Very comfortable on my eyes
Good lenses at a good price
Good lenses at a good price. The auto billing can be a bad option if you don't want the money pulled out of your account on the regular and usually a couple days earlier then you would expect. Other then that no complaints
Renew subscription
I haven't received contact lenses in a while and when I checked my account, I see it has been cancelled. I received no notice. I would like to continue my subscription, but I don't see an option to do so on the website.

Customer service and product!
Paid for 6 months' worth of contacts - never got them.
I have been a customer for several years. Upon notification that they were shutting down, I purchased a 6 month supply on 12/30/25 and have yet to receive my order. I just spoke to customer service and was informed that my prescription is no longer in stock and out of production as they have shut down production at this point. I was charged on 12/30/25 for the 6 month supply. I don't understand why they processed my order (and took my payment) and just...well...disappeared with it. I'd had a few issues over the years, but this one just takes the cake.

They worked well for me. Sorry I wasn't able to keep up the monthly payments,but I'm unemployed and working on that! But I DIDN'T HAVE ANY contacts! Thanks for the trial! 😉💗

My subscription was canceled without my authorization, and I am now without contacts, and this is not the first time this has happened with Waldo. And when I tried to initiate a chat, I never received a response after the initial greeting.
